Mindfulness

There was a time when a hungry stomach, an empty pocket, and a broken heart, teach the best lessons of life. These were the building blocks of prosperous generations.

Today, such experiences hardly create a broader ideological shift, but justifies the need for the despondent to join the mercurial mob, whose life purpose is driven by resentment, cynicism, skepticism and derision of others as a means of managing existential crisis.

There is no messiah out there. Only you can emancipate yourself from mental slavery. Take personal responsibility and dig yourself out of the abyss.
